Egger's Chip

79 pounds

Chip started in a home with a nice family who wanted a companion for their young son.  They got along like brothers.  It was the best of times; it was the worst of times.  Their love/hate relationship ended with the child picking on the dog in a place where the dog could not get away from him and the dog bit the child on the offending arm.  He was rehomed onto my grandparents' farm.  He has grown to be a fine dog and helps with guarding gates and keeping predators away.  He is a shadowy companion who follows behind the tractor with every pass it makes in the field.

He was the smallest male in his litter but has grown into a large dog!
